Clydia Defreese of Ruston, LA knows all too well that hungry deer can do plenty of damage to a flower bed or garden in a short amount of time. Clydia’s excellent poem lamenting the loss of her flowers to invading deer earned her third place in our 1st Annual “Deer John” contest. Readers of our Havahart® Critter-Free Community blog had the opportunity to create a Facebook post to express their true feelings about deer in writing.
